We ship orders from two streams: print-on-demand goods (apparel, totes, prints) fulfilled by Printful, and self-fulfilled goods (including most For Kids By Kids artwork) packed and shipped by our family. Each has slightly different timing.
Where we ship
- United States — all 50 states, D.C., APO/FPO, and U.S. territories.
- International— most countries Printful supports. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility and may be collected by the carrier on delivery.
Processing time
- Print-on-demand items — typically 2 to 5 business days to print before shipping.
- Self-fulfilled items (incl. For Kids By Kids) — typically 1 to 3 business days to pack before shipping.
You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. Larger orders or orders during a launch may take a day or two longer.
Shipping speeds and rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. We use USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on what is fastest and most affordable for the destination.
- Standard (U.S.) — typically 3 to 7 business days after shipping.
- International — typically 7 to 21 business days after shipping, customs delays excluded.
Free shipping
When we run a free-shipping promotion (e.g. on U.S. orders over a certain amount) the threshold is shown clearly at checkout. Promotions can change without notice.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before paying. Once an order is in production or has shipped, we cannot change the address. If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, we will reach out to arrange reshipment at the customer's cost.
Delays, lost, and damaged packages
- Carrier delays— once a package is in the carrier's hands, delivery time is out of our control. We track every shipment and will help you investigate.
- Lost packages— if tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days (U.S.) or 21+ business days (international), email us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund once it is confirmed lost.
- Damaged packages — email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will replace or refund.
- Marked delivered but not received— please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If you still can't locate it after 3 business days, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Customs and duties (international)
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged on delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
